  1. Do you already know how your booth setup will look? Please share a photo or describe via email.
  2. Do you already know the duration of build-up/dismantle of the booth?
  3. Who will be your main contact point onsite? Please share the name, phone number (just for urgent matters) and email.
  4. Please confirm if you need any of the offered furniture (table, chairs)?
  5. Are you planning any activities at the booth? If yes, what are the activities? Any contests/raffles?
  6. Are you going to give away something from the booth? What kind of swag?
  7. Are you planning to arrange any deliveries directly to the venue on Nov 11-15?
    1. please share the quantity and approx size of the boxes when it’s clear as it will help the venue manager a lot to check the delivery and share with me this information before our build up day
