💻 Workshops
We will hold workshops before and after the conference. There are two types of workshops: free workshops and pro workshops.
Free Workshops
The workshops take place remotely. To take part in the workshop you have to register separately via gitnation.com
Pro -workshops
The workshops take place in person (June 11 in Amsterdam) and online, you can find out more about the workshops here.
They are not included in the main ticket, you can buy tickets for them separately. If you buy a ticket, you will receive an email with full information.

🎊 Pre-Party & Badge Pick Up / June 11
On June 11 we’ll have a special pre-party for conference attendees. You are invited to - WestWeelde Bar & Restaurant - Located in Westerpark, Klönneplein 4, 1014 DD Amsterdam, Netherlands, starting at 19:00. !!! You can receive your conference badge there (don’t worry if you can’t be there, you can get your badge at the conference too).
📅 React Summit Day 1
Registration / Start at 7:00
Prior to the conference, you will receive an email with information about the time slot in which you will be able to register as a conference participant. We kindly ask you to show up at the venue at the designated time, otherwise, we will not be able to register you before the first talk, which will cause missing it.
Schedule
We will have 2 tracks: Summit Track & Base Camp Track. Each track will have a different speaker in parallel. Base Camp Track room is smaller in size, so if for any reason you won’t be able to get in, don’t worry, we’ve set up a livestream outside of the room.
🏃💨 If you're running late for the keynote and won't be able to find a seat in the main hall, don't worry, we got you covered: you can watch it livestreamed in the 2nd track hall!

Speaker QnA spots
After each talk, you will be able to ask questions to the speakers in-person. We’ll have a dedicated Speaker QnA spot. Head there after onstage QnA to ask your questions to speaker personally. Location: 1st floor balcony - look for Speaker QnA banners. !!! The speaker QnA room will be hybrid, meaning that remote attendees will also be able to join via watch page.
Discussion Room
On June 13 we’ll have 2 discussion rooms:
- 14:45 - 15:30 - Future of Native
- 16:00 - 17:00 - AI Unconference
Find the exact schedule on the conference website. Location: Ground floor – look for Discussion room signs. !!! The discussion rooms will be hybrid as well, meaning that remote attendees will also be able to join via ZOOM (link to ZOOM can be found on the watch page).
Find new friends challenge 🏆
Rules: Introduce yourself to other attendees and get stickers from them. Stick them to your leaflet.
Important: 1 of the stickers should be collected at GitNation booth after showing us your post about the conference on any social network.
Submit your leaflet with stickers at GitNation booth or registration before 16:20! The winners will be picked up randomly and announced before the last talk.

Parking at the venue
Circa has 240 private parking spaces available on site.
Shuttles Service
We offer a continuous shuttle service throughout the day between Circa and Sloterdijk Station.
If you happen to miss a bus, don't worry! You can wait for the next one, which will arrive in about 10 minutes.

Lost & found: If you find an item that is on its own (bag, laptop, phone, etc), please do the right thing and bring it to the organizers or volunteers at the registration desk, they will find the owner of the item.
Wheelchair access: The majority of the area you will need to access is paved. There is an elevator to get to the 2d Track.
Filming & Photography: A professional crew will be taking photos and videos at the event for future promotion of the event. The stage talks will be photographed, recorded, and streamed live on the Watch page. Talk recordings will be provided to full-access attendees within 1-2 weeks after the conference.

‼️ To avoid long waiting time in the lines, there will be three separate lunch groups, tailored for your convenience: inside & outside (food trucks - to the right of the entrance.) You’ll get a token together with your badge with the exact timing:

Lunch group 2: grab your lunch inside from 13.25 to 14.00 (exchange your food ticket for one free lunch set)

Spend time with the community and network with conference participants and speakers during boat and walking tours on June 14.
The number of seats is limited and if you registered, but decided not to go, it's important to inform us about it, cause there's a waiting list of people who couldn't get a place on tour.
